- Stall/RV requests MUST be made online by completing the Rental Request form (link below).
- To guarantee Stalls and/or RV spots for this event, YOU MUST PREPAY either online with a credit card or by mailing a check prior to arriving for the event.
- If you choose to pay by check, please first complete the online Rental Request form, and then contact our Office Manager, Pablo Limones at 830-591-9040 to verify check information and guarantee your reservations.
- IMPORTANT: IF YOU COMPLETE THE ONLINE RENTAL REQUEST FORM, BUT HAVE NOT YET PAID, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION. STALLS/RVS ARE ASSIGNED AS THEY ARE PAID.
- IF YOU HAVE A SELF-CONTAINED RV, FEEL FREE TO PARK ON PROPERTY (OUTSIDE OF RV AREA) AT NO CHARGE. YOU MAY ALSO SET PANELS AT YOUR RV FOR HORSES, IF YOU HAVE THEM.

TO PREPAY ONLINE:
COMPLETE THE RENTAL REQUEST FORM FIRST, SUBMIT FORM AND THEN RETURN TO THIS PAGE AND CLICK ON THE ONLINE PAYMENT LINK.
Please click on the "Credit/Debit Card Payment" link below to pay with credit/debit card online. Note there is a 2.5% processing fee.
IMPORTANT ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Select PAYMENT TYPE on drop-down menu of payment screen and select RV RENTAL or STALL RENTAL. Select RV RENTAL if paying for combination of RV, Stalls and shavings. If paying for Stalls and/or shavings only and NO RV, choose the STALL RENTAL option in the drop-down menu. On next screen you must complete the RV RENTAL OR STALL RENTAL box. Type how many stalls, rv's in this box (example: 3 stalls, 1 RV). Don't worry about adding shavings, etc.
